Scottish Area AGM & President's Dinner

20th March 2010 Marriott Hotel, Argyll Street, Glasgow

The 55th Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Area of the Institute of Water will take place at 18.05pm 20th March 2010. There will be a Drinks Reception from 17:45pm prior to the AGM to which Members and their partners are invited.

Please find attached a copy of the Agenda for the Scottish Area Annual General Meeting. Minutes of the 54th General Meeting, Financial Accounts, the Events Calendar and other data will be available at the meeting.

Members are reminded of their right under the Scottish Area Constitution to further nominate any qualified person for Officers and/or Committee for positions on Item 11(g) Area Honorary Secretary and 11 (i) (3 Nos) on the agenda. In particular the position of Honorary Secretary is currently vacant and we would welcome nominations from Members.

The President’s Dinner will be held in the evening at the same venue. The committee would be delighted to see you there. It’s an opportunity to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
