Thursday: First Day of School

Period 1 - GUEST PROFESSOR, Piers Clark, Isle Utilities

"Professor Piers" takes to the stage to inspire you with tales from his own school days to managing an award winning independent consultancy.

Period 2 - PSYCHOLOGY 101
Ever wondered how much your personality and perception impacted your performance? A lesson in "Neuro Linguistic Programming and Your Personality" by 2000 Weeks.

Period 3 - PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Unleash your inner Luchedore! In preparation for the debate competition on Saturday, Squire Stage Combat will introduce the art of "Lucha Wrestling", helping the delegates to create their own masked "alter ego's" much like Lucha wrestlers. Let's get ready to rumble!

Period 4 - HEALTH & SAFETY
The Secret Scorcher. It’s a secret. 

Afterschool Activities - CLUEDO!

“Burying the Hatchet” with a little help from UKSE .

Murder Mystery by Smoke and Mirrors. A purpose-written murder mystery for the 2018 school, entwining the days activities, to keep the delegates sleuthing as they network.

Friday: Second Day of School

Period 1 - DRAMA CLUB
Fine tune your vocal chords, your annunciation, your vocal strength and pitch ahead of the days debate training.  Vocal Coaching-on-a-shoestring by Fyrefly.

Period 2 - DEBATE CLUB
A masterclass in communication and debating skills –facilitated by Debatemate, as featured on Sky TV’s The Kings and Queens of Speech.

Period 3 - HISTORY - 
 Afternoon tea with a slice of wisdom. A unique networking opportunity for delegates to spend 20 minutes with each speaker in small intimate groups to ask all those burgeoning questions.Complete with tea and scones with jam and cream. 

Period 4 - HOMEWORK
Debate prep time 

Afterschool Activities - EGGHEADS!

Z-Tech's BBQuiz. What better way to network with fellow delegates and industry leaders, than in the stunning Moor Hall gardens, under the sun, with sausages sizzling and Pimms in hand… and a quiz to end all quiz's. 

 

Saturday: Last Day of School

GRADUATION! - The Dragon Debates
In teams of 4, delegates will compete against each other in a "knockout" style debate competition. The debate will be judged by senior industry leaders, and each team will have the opportunity to receive private feedback from the judges. Last team standing wins.
