Welsh Area Innovation Awards

The Institute of Water Welsh Area Innovation Awards 2020 are NOW OPEN!

Following a record number of applications in 2019, the Institute of Water Welsh Area are delighted to announce that applications for the 2020 Innovation Awards are now open!

The awards recognise innovations used or developed in the Welsh area of IWater in the following categories:

  • Market adaptation
  • Ideas
  • Collaborative working
  • Clever data

If you or your team would like to “go for gold” and submit an application or request more information, please contact iwinnovationsawards@dwrcymru.com to request an application form.

Winners will be announced at the Innovation Awards on Thursday 2nd April at the Vale Resort, Hensol near Cardiff. Table bookings will go on sale shortly.

The deadline for applications is midnight 17th January.

 About the Innovation Awards

The Welsh Area Innovation Awards are open to all individuals, teams or organisations where innovation has been utilised or developed within the Welsh Area. Entry is not restricted to Institute of Water members.

Winners will be announced at the Institute of Water Innovation Awards Ceremony to be held at the Mecure Holland House Hotel, Cardiff on Wednesday 3rd April 2019.

The winner is then put forward to represent the Welsh Area at the National Innovation Awards which will be held in Belfast on 26th June 2019.
